At Kids Are Kids! our service ethic is of the utmost importance to our team.
We have built our organisation on strong principles such as respect, integrity, inclusion and making sure that our families feel secure, looked after and valued.
Kids Are Kids! welcomes feedback about our services at any time. If you have any concerns, suggestions or complaints please let us know as soon as possible. You can talk to a member of staff with whom you feel most comfortable or you can ask an advocate to do this for you.
How to provide feedback:
- Talk directly with your key worker or therapist
- Phone our office (08) 9313 6566 and ask to speak with a Program Coordinator or the Executive Officer
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or send a letter to 26 Parry Ave, Bateman, WA 6150
- Putting feedback anonymously in the suggestions box in the Bateman Centre
