Kids Are Kids! announced as a 2024 Telethon Beneficiary.

Posted in Media Release, News -

On Friday 19th April, Kids Are Kids! Executive Officers Teresa Barrie and Lisa Hoffman attended Telethon’s Beneficiary Breakfast Giving Ceremony at Crown Perth to celebrate being one of a record 136 beneficiaries that will receive Telethon funding in 2024.

Our organisation is so grateful to receive support for three grants this year.

The first will support us to set up a gross motor area at our Jarvis House premises in Armadale which will mean we can provide our full range of services to the surrounding community.

The second allows us to expand on last year’s program at Gwynne Park Primary and provide services to two new schools, taking therapy to Kelmscott Primary School and Huntingdale Primary School..

The last grant allows us to run a step-down program at Gwynne Park Primary School, to consolidate the amazing results we achieved with our first Telethon grant in 2023..

We are so grateful to the wonderful generosity of Telethon and the WA community for the opportunity to help vulnerable and disadvantaged children and transform children’s lives.
