The Think Fragile X Foundation was created by Maria and Luke Goss, their two young sons have FXS (Fragile X Syndrome), a genetic condition causing intellectual disability, behavioural and learning challenges and various physical characteristics. The foundation aims to raise awareness of FXS by helping the community to understand more about FXS through events and affiliations with organisations representing similar values.
The Foundation has been a very significant part of Kids Are Kids!, through their hard work and fundraising it has made building projects possible; such as the Parent Retreat, Sensory Xploration Hub and the Fraggles Physiotherapy Room, as well as a well improved reception and waiting area.
Kids Are Kids! are extremely grateful to have the support of the Think Fragile X Foundation.
ActiveAte program for kids with ASD is designed to create health and well-being through fun physical activity and mealtime strategies developed by Kids Are Kids! Read more about the program here
