Grant Thornton Quiz Night

At the recent Grant Thornton Quiz Night, over 80 guests joined at Tatterson’s Bowling Club in East Perth for charity partners Kids Are Kids! and Manna Inc. Guests enjoyed their table full of nibbles whilst partaking in a range of questions ranging from the world of celebrities and politics to fashion, music and stepping back in time to history.

Silent auction items consisting of iPads and a coffee machine, patio art, food and beverages, holidays and more as well as raffle items and the ticket sales helped raise over $15,000 between the two charities.

Executive Officer, Teresa Barrie says Kids Are Kids! rely heavily on the support from organisations and individuals in order to provide quality services and groups accessible to all families. “We are thrilled with the outcome from the Quiz Night and are so appreciative that we have Grant Thornton on board with us to help provide services to WA families.”

The fundraising efforts from this year almost doubled those of the last event. Grant Thornton hope to hold the event again in 2017.

Grant Thornton work hard to support organisations in the community through their charity partnership program.
