Movers and Groovers Choir

Everyone is welcome to this free choir, focusing on singing, dancing and music.

Music and singing are forms of self-expression and communication. For children with disabilities, engaging in music helps to regulate emotions, reduce stress and anxiety and enhance skills in attention, memory and body awareness.

Movers and Groovers will help children make social connections and give them a sense of belonging in the community.

Suitable for children aged 5 – 17. Parent supervision may be required.

When: Tuesdays 3.15pm-4.15pm
